I am a knitter, writer, and Administrative Law Judge living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I learned to knit from a kind German nanny as a young girl living in Hong Kong (she wasn’t my nanny) but learned to knit seriously (reading patterns and charts, finishing techniques, how to knit a garment) while in college from the amazing women at Knit One, a yarn store in Colorado Springs that is, sadly, no longer in business. I became obsessed with knitting after my children were born in the early 2000s and now I just live to knit all the things, one stitch at a time!
